With a total area of 3000 ha, the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE is the first integrated industrial estate in Indonesia. East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE is divided into several areas, namely an industrial area of 1761 ha, a port area of 400 ha and a residential area of 800 ha.
Related to the industrial estate area, there are several division of clusters in it based on their use. Several clusters in the industrial area in East Java JIIPE Industrial Estate include multipurpose clusters covering 45 ha and multipurpose II lusters for various uses.
In addition, there are 80 ha clean block clusters specifically used for food ingredients and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Two other clusters in the industrial estate area in the East Java Industrial Zone of JIIPE are the 60 ha liquid material cluster for the CPO refining industry and other liquid chemicals and there is also a smelter cluster covering 100 ha.
