In connection with the area which reaches 3000 hectares, many leading companies have bought land in the East Java Industrial Zone, JIIPE, say PT Clariant Indonesia and PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo.
Although it experienced a decline during the 2018-2019 period due to electoral events which reduced investor interest in investing in the real industry sector in Indonesia, land sales in the East Java Industrial Zone JIIPE continued to increase thereafter.
East Java Industrial Estate JIIPE even set a sales target of 20-30 hectares of land this year and is optimistic that the figure will continue to increase in line with increasingly high investor interest in the industrial sector in Indonesia.
