Occupational safety and health (K3) is one of the important factors in Industrial Estates that can affect employee productivity. This can have an impact on the level of employee productivity in the Jiipe Industrial Zone. Jiipe Industrial Estate truly takes care of the safety and health of its employees by making rules about occupational safety and health that are carried out by all employees and company leaders within the Jiipe Industrial Area. Protection of workers from hazards and diseases caused by work or as a result of the work environment in the Industrial Estate is needed by employees so that employees feel safe and comfortable in completing their work. A healthy workforce will work productively, so it is hoped that the work productivity of Industrial Estate employees will increase.
The purpose of the application of OSH in the Industrial Estate is basically to look for and reveal weaknesses that allow accidents to occur. Among other things, namely:
a. So that every employee of the Jiipe Industrial Estate receives a guarantee of occupational safety and health both physically, socially, and psychologically.
b. So that every equipment and work equipment in the Industrial Estate is used as best as possible selectively.
c. So that all products in the Industrial Estate will be kept safe.
d. In order to guarantee the maintenance and improvement of nutritional health of employees of the Jiipe Industrial Zone.
e. In order to increase enthusiasm, work harmony, and work participation in Industrial Estates.
f. In order to avoid health problems caused by the environment or working conditions in the Industrial Estate.
g. So that every employee feels safe and protected in working within the Industrial Estate.
